Lisa Erwin R.Ph. CGP

Lisa R. Erwin, R.Ph., CGP is President of The E² Group a clinically focused healthcare organization management firm specializing in payer focused clinical and operational program consulting including streamlined and personalized delivery of medication information.

Ms. Erwin’s career spans 25 years of combined, long-term care, managed-care and hospital pharmacy experience. She worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as Director of Pharmacy Services for Medicare Business where she oversaw Medicare Part D clinical and operational pharmacy functions, including development and implementation of a senior focused Medication Therapy Management Program.

She also served as Vice President, Clinical Operations, Omnicare, Inc., which served approximately 1.2 million residents of skilled facilities, assisted living and other institutions in 48 states. Erwin is a graduate of the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy and is credentialed as a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist by the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy.

She is also a member of the ASCP Task Force on Medication Therapy Management and the Editorial Advisory Board for The Consultant Pharmacist journal.
