"I had 8 straight days of head pain with queasiness, and not able to sleep well. I did a “hard reset” with my meds so I could sleep sound during the afternoon and night. All I have now is a tension headache (and for good reason!) I wish I could talk to my doctors about how this worked but they would’t like it one bit. Counting pain pills and anti-anxiety meds so I’m “not using too much” is crazy..especially if they want to give me an CGRP that may mess up some of my other medical conditions that are stable right now. No good answers."
