TOGETHER Rx ACCESS PROGRAM
Overview: The Together Rx Access program offers discounts on prescription drugs, including many generic medications, for patients who are legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico and:
- Are not eligible for Medicare
- Have no prescription medication coverage (public or private)
- Have a household income equal to or less than:
- $45,000 for a single person
- $60,000 for a family of two
- $75,000 for a family of three
- $90,000 for a family of four
- $105,000 for a family of five
- Families of six or more people and those living in Alaska or Hawaii should contact Together Rx Access for household income requirements

Overview: RxAssist offers a comprehensive database of patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies.

GlaxoSmithKline Bridges to Access
Overview: Bridges to Access provides eligible patients with low to no cost access to GSK drugs. Patients must live in one of the 50 states or Washington DC, cannot have prescription drug coverage through a private or public program, and must meet income guidelines.

Merck Patient Assistance Program
Overview: The Merck Patient Assistance Program provides eligible patients with low to no cost access to Merck drugs. Patients must be a US resident, cannot have insurance or other prescription medication coverage, and must meet income eligibility requirements. Patients may qualify for the program if household income is $43,430 or less for an individual, $58,280 or less for a couple, or $88,200 or less for a family of four.
Patients living in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam should contact Merck Prescription Assistance for income eligibility requirement.
