Managing stress


This may sound obvious, but a good night’s sleep does wonders for reducing stress. We know it can be tough to get enough sleep every night, but try to make sleep a priority whenever possible.

    great list of potential stress reducers! it was interesting too to see how my responses compare to others. just thought i would men tion exercise. if it is a trigger for migraine you might try tai chi or chi gung, chinese exercises that are done very slowly and without bouncing. helps me.
