How to Release Neck Tension

Neck tension can be the root cause for some headache or at minimum make existing headaches worse. So, I’ve taken some neck stretches from my yoga practice and incorporated them into my daily routine. What we do most consistently is what it is going to be most effective.

These simple stretches take just a few minutes and can be done anywhere. Maybe you try them during the commercial breaks of your favorite TV show or while you’re sitting the waiting room of your next doctor’s appointment.
