"Hello folks. I have a question for you all. Chocolate is a huge trigger for me. I get the worst migraine with all the trimmings(vertigo, vomiting, etc) if I even eat something that touched chocolate. I can do most white chocolate because it is just coco butter. I know I am not the only one out there, so I am wondering what you all think of Ruby chocolate? I have read that it is not actually milk or dark chocolate but closer to white. I am obviously not going to try ruby chocolate to see if I react to it, so I ask all of you. Does anyone know if ruby chocolate is a trigger? or what part of the coco bean is it actually made of? I am so curious if this is an alternative that I can eat. I thank you for all your help. "
