"At age 70, I’m fairly new to migraines. Was diagnosed two years ago. Am bothered by the necessity of having to deal with up to 20 migraine days a month after finally retiring with expectations of enjoying my freedom to do as I please. Not so; most days deal with L7 to L8 migraines and am a bit depressed about all that means to make plans to do anything outside my quiet, dark home. Am on the fourth preventative plan. Am hoping for a little sustained relief. My thoughts are often with fellow sufferers and I draw strength from their stories of fortitude and persistence."
