"My migraine has moved to the back of the list of chronic illness I'm dealing with today. I'm fine today but still dealing with painful cramps from the 4th day of this IBS flare. One thing I've learn is that as long as I don't think about were my pain is coming from I don't notice that I'm hurting. Guess after 21 years it's just easier to ignore pain unless it moves up to an 7 and I can live with an 8 level pain without medication unless it is persistent."
