Yes I have serious mental health issues, yes I have severe migraine attacks frequently and yes I have health issues...three surgeries in two years. I am a year beyond that last surgery and now feeling like I might be able to resume some of my activities. But I struggle and this pandemic has made things so much more difficult. I stick with my meds do online consults with my therapist weekly and am looking for new ways to keep the migraine in control. Some days are difficult. Thank you for writing."
