"A few months back I bought a Fitbit to help me increase my exercise. It also tracks my sleep patterns and it’s thrown up some interesting data for me.I have suffered from migraine with aura which also causes vomiting for over 50 years. During a bad spell I sometimes get so suddenly tired that I just have to go to sleep and this can happen two or three times in a day. The Fitbit records these episodes as entirely deep sleeps with no other stages involved, such as REM or light sleep or normal sleep. It’s just like I’ve been completely switched off. Has anyone else experienced this? Or has anyone an explanation for this?"
