"I never thought these were migraines because everything I read said that they only last 1 or 2 days. Right now I have been suffering for over a week. From what I’v read on here I am now in the post dome phase. At times ai feel like the fog is lifting but then it returns. I’m wondering if there is anything that helps this go away? I am new to this site and am not on any migraine medication..yet. Thank you."
