"So, I have been on Aimovig for seven weeks now. I don’t think it has helped much yet. My specialist says that next month I should notice a difference. This month has been so hot and humid, I don’t think any toe of intervention will help. I still get Botox and nerve blocks regularly. I only take rescue meds. every three days, so I know that I am not in a rebound cycle. I have been sticking to an anti-inflammatory diet, trying to sleep more and stay calm, which helps the pain from getting worse. I say prayers everyday for guidance and growth. I start pain therapy next month and am hopeful that will help. Sending warm thoughts, prayers and well wishes to all who have been burdened by this horrible disease."
