Having changing symptoms- what type of chronic condition do I have?

I've been having migraines for a year now and I've never had them before that. I went on a mission to Brazil. When they started they became more and more chronic and frequent for the following 4 months. It got to a point where I was having them almost every day for hours on end and always started early afternoon. They had me on a few medications that I was taking. I went home and almost immediately my migraines reduced to once a week when my doctor had me stop taking all medications. I think I was having rebound migraines.

I then started to get progressively more and more fatigued the following 7 months with my migraines staying at a once-a-week level. I can barely function now and my main symptoms are fatigue, head pressure (especially in ears), dizziness when doing cardio, and a continuous pulsating sensation throughout my head and ears. I've never been diagnosed with anything and the only symptom that really resembles a migraine is the one-sided throbbing headache, no nausea or vomiting or auras, just throbbing pulsating sensation.
