Low-FODMAP Diet for Migraine

Hello - Has anyone tried a low FODMAP Diet for your migraines? I am 48, in Menopause, and my migraines have gotten much worse over the past 18 months with my hormonal shifts. Any suggestions are welcome in terms of diet, medications, etc. Thank you
