Any body suffer increase in nerve sensitivity ?

Last few years since migraine changed to hemiplegic migraine find it extremely hard to adapt to sea water, Mediterranean, takes me ages to get into the water and is painful. Once in I am ok as long as I take it very slowly. Jumped straight in once and suffered for 24 hours after with the worst attack for a long time.

  1. Hi Mark,

Thank you for your question. Have you mentioned this change to your doctor so he can make sure everything checks out OK? If not, that would be the first thing I would encourage you to do.

Hemiplegic migraine, HM, is a rare form of migraine disease. Migraine with aura can include numbness and tingling, weakness, visual aura and more. Here is information on HM I hope helps; https://migraine.com/video/hemiplegic-migraine-symptoms/ and https://migraine.com/?s=hemiplegic+migraine.

    I hope that helps!
