De-ja vu

I wonder if anybody has had the same experience as me? I suffer from aura-migraine, accompanied & sometimes preceded by nausea, slight headache and generally feeling badly. This happened occasionally at times of stress in my teens and early 30's but since my mid-70's I have experienced clusters of 3 or 4 migraines every 3 or 4 weeks. The causes seem to be random e.g. I rarely drink alcohol but red wine will sometimes affect me, not other times.

I do have a distressing symptom which occurs less often and may occur before or after the aura. I feel as if I have been in the present situation before, usually in a dream, then feel extremely weak. When it first occurred I had to lie down (on the floor) and once I collapsed but I can now control my thoughts better. However, I am left with a horrible feeling of being distant from my surroundings which lasts some hours, a feeling of nausea and diarrhea. I have read of people fainting with migraine, but I definitely don't faint on these occasions although I have done several times in other circumstances.

I should be glad to know if anybody has suffered this symptom?
