Ever evolving/changing migraines

Having migraines for more than 50 yrs now, some of types experienced during that time from severe vomiting /pain and by the time I recovered would be going into thd next one. Migraines that continued for months just eased off slightly then ramping to full on again. Then years later progressing to paralysis speech problems (slurring) extreme fatigue, memory problems and seizures all Migraind diagnosed. So what no-one can or is ever willing to explain throughout my migraine journey, is what other symptoms I may expect or other symptoms are associated with migraines. As I am tending to remain in the "suspended state" of extreme fatigue, memory loss, balance issues to name a few. I think there should be more honesty as to what comes under the umbrella of Migraines or is there still uncertainty?
