I think for me, lack of proper sleep, and stress are my two major stresses. Once my head starts hurting, and the auras start, I know what is coming. My insurance only allows me to get 6 Relpax every 21 days. That also stresses me, when I think I might run short with my medication. I have tried every thing out there, except Botox, I don’t know enough about that to make a decision to try it for my migraines. I started getting migraines, when my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer back in 1996…. It feels like it’s been for ever with them. They last any where from 1 to 3 days, I wish they would just go away.

It can be so stressful when you save or hoard your pills because you never know if you’ll have enough until you can get the next order!

You mentioned Botox. If you are interested in learning more, here are some good articles to start. I personally have been using it for 3 years now and find that it significantly reduces the severity of my headaches. But everyone is different. We also have a Forums area under the Community tab is you want to talk to others who have tried it.
