Definitely researching is the ...

Definitely researching is the way to go. That's actually what led me to the Prometrium.

I started with other bio-identical progesterone creams but my Dr. strongly suggested Prometrium because it's also bio-identical (matches the bodies progesterone) but measureable in pill form and covered by insurance.

I have been on many, many preventatives including Topamax, but none of them worked. Prometrium (in combo with the beta-blocker Propanolol) has changed everything for me. I still take the abortive Relpax in very limited doses when I feel a headache coming on--but those times are rare.
