Keto Diet Update: No more Migraines.

So far, I am on day 35 of my “keto diet”. It may not be totally strick in keto terms but I have cut carbs and sugar from my diet. I have suffered one single migraine though. Probably caused by serious lack of sleep. I forced myself to stay awake until 4am in order to photograph the Milky Way. Apart from that I am migraine free.
If you haven’t tried major dietary change then please give it a try. You may be surprised…

    Dear migraine123 , So glad to hear the keto diet works for you! I am very underweight and can’t cut out the carbs you have to on that diet. I Have cut out sugar , though and I think that helps somewhat with my ” mini migraines “! Thank you for your post. I believe it would help to change your diet. Good Luck!

    Ji Melodie6, ironically today I was feeling a bit under the weather, so much so that I ended up suffering a strong migraine on the other side of my head (usually it’s the left side).
    In the past it was common for me to get migraines when I would catch a cold or flu. I guesd that this is no different.
    The diet does have a dramatic effect on reducing my migraines.
    I wish you the best of health and a clear mind. Its what we all are striving for.
