Keto Diet Update: No more Migraines.

So far, I am on day 35 of my “keto diet”. It may not be totally strick in keto terms but I have cut carbs and sugar from my diet. I have suffered one single migraine though. Probably caused by serious lack of sleep. I forced myself to stay awake until 4am in order to photograph the Milky Way. Apart from that I am migraine free.
If you haven’t tried major dietary change then please give it a try. You may be surprised…
