Less severe and less frequent migraine

Hello. I would like to share with you my experience with migraine. I have had headaches since I was 16-17 years (I am now 23 years old). Recently I had headaches nearly every day and I could not live a normal life. I‘ve been on a gluten-free diet for one month and my headaches became less severe and less frequent. When I started gluten-free diet I was pain free for 9 days straight. I could not believe it and it was a miracle for me. I continue with my experiment where I am trying to avoid products which have gluten. It works for me. So maybe it can help someone else with these horrible headaches. “Health is not everything, but without health, everything is nothing” (Schopenhauer).

It is always wonderful to hear when a Migraineur has found something that works for them. Going Gluten Free has helped a lot of people. Have you gotten tested for Celiac’s Disease? While going gluten free has helped your Migraines, you may have an additional underlying condition that needs to be addressed. I encourage you to talk to your doctor about it.

And I’m so happy that you are seeing positive results!
