Life As I know It

I was diagnosed with migraines in 2002 post hysterectomy. I had not idea what I was experiencing was a migraine, as I never had actually had a headache. I thought low blood sugar or my blood pressure is off. When I finally was diagnosed, I felt relief. Sadly, it was a battle to never end. I have tried ever abortive there is. I have come full circle and back to Imitrex which for me works the best.

Migraines are one of the most misunderstood illnesses. I have heard everyone’s advice and the well, you can’t be having a migraine if you are here. I just want people to realize that we want to live and have a life also. If we stayed in the bed with every migraine, there would be no life!
