Lifelong Migraineur

Hello fellow migraineurs!

I have been to many migraine specialists, neurologists etc and have finally found some relief! I think some of the biggest keys to my success is identifying my triggers via migriane diaries. My triggers are abnormal sleep habits, junk food, caffeine, adreneline just before bed, high blood pressure, flashing/bright lights and dehydration. I keep on a very regular regimen of supplaments, hydration, relaxation techniques for prevention accompanied by triptans and NSAIDS for abortive measures when I feel an attack coming on. C

onquering migraines is tough, hard and very tedious. It takes patience and persaverance. As a community, we can help each other!
