I Lost My Health Insurance

Hi I'm 27 years old and about a week ago I lost my health insurance and can't afford to pay for the insurance provided from my husband's factory. This has now sent me into a stress induced migraine for 6 days now and I'm starting to feel pretty hopeless considering I have to take 4 medications to keep them to where I can handle them. I'm feeling very lost and out of control with how things are going and didn't know where else to turn given most people don't understand what it's like to live with chronic severe migraine.

I have a habit of overdoing things because people will tell me well you just have to get over it and do it so yesterday I worked myself straight into getting sick several times and went to sleep crying. I'm not sure what I'm going to get out of this post maybe just not feeling so alone in a world that people think just because you cant see my illness that it doesn't exist. I just keep praying it gets better.
