My everyday headache

Hello I am 41 years old from ohio.

I have headaches everyday i think diet cola,cheese, some meats, are the things giving me these headaches but im not sure because i have allergies too, a lot dust bugs me.

I get watery eyes with my headaches don't know why though.

I take excedrin for my headaches, I eat something first before i take the pain pill though I eat little debbies cakes with them.

These headaches have been with me like 3 years i say, is there something else besides excedrin for my everyday headaches?
