My Life With Migraines

I have had headaches and migraines since I was about 5 I am now 72 and have tried botox that did not help I have had 35+trigger point injections. I have had 10+injections in the neck muscles. I have also tried almost every kind of prescription drug available and found the only relief has been with razatription which helps some but is still not the cure. I would like to know how many have tried medical marijuana that seems to be the next step unless someone has a miracle drug.

No miracle drug of any kind to offer. I too have suffered with migraines since I was about 5 years old now I am 45. I have got to the point where I wish there would be an explosion in my head to finish me off. I cannot take any more. GP not very helpful at all.

I have not tried, but am certainly open to it.
The only thing that helps me is Toredol injection, along with Benadryl. I try not to use this,as hard on the liver, kidneys.
I have been down a very similar road as you, meds, Botox, trigger point injections, etc.
My migraines are cervical induced, so I am anxious to see if Aimovig works, once I feel comfortable trying it.
