Possible relief to my migraines

I started my summer job last week and I got migraines. I would take my dose of Tylex and Aleve and that temporarily stopped the pain, but it would always come back. I had to start taking pills as preventives but those would only last for a while. These migraines were debilitating and causing me emotional problems. My mom asked my neurologist and she prescribed me Vitamin B complex, so today I took one in the morning, and had slight headaches but overall I was able to enjoy my day and not have a debilitating migraine! I still have to take my pills if it gets bad, but hopefully that won't happen.

My main trigger this week has been stress and hunger. So, I should avoid those by relaxing and eating well. Hope this can help others, but remember, don't start using medication unless prescribed by your doctor...
