Migraines since I was a baby

I’ve always had migraines since I can remember, mum said they were diagnosed in primary school and they run in the family.

My triggers are heat, alcohol (half a pint can trigger a hefty migraine), and dehydration (or just being a bit thirsty).

I always carry water everywhere with me because of it and freak out if I don’t have it.

Currently with the UK weather, I’m off work and in bed with them. Work are getting really mad at me and I’m being called into meetings because of sick days taken 🙁 feel so stuck because i cant sit on a hot bus in this weather to get to work

Hi bekialice, I’m so sorry to hear that you are having such a struggle right now. I wonder if it would help if you were able to use a form of transport that would allow you to have more control over the climate, like an Uber or a private car? I’ll be sending all good wishes your way. -Warmly, Donna ( team)
