Something Old, Something new

Last updated: March 2013

I remember suffering with headaches when I was a kid but they seemed to go away in my twenties, except those party substance abuse hangover migraines. Aspirin, the Tylenol always worked for me.

Then 20 years later they returned with vengence, progressing up to about 8 or more a month. I have tried everything, accupuncture, naturapathic, hypnotism, diet changes - also with a weight loss goal (still working on that), more exercise(still working on that too), work stress reduction, no more alcohol, no caffiene (still working on ... etc), journals of everything.

I know most of my triggers now,but still a few surprises thow. Off the shelf drugs don't work, the triptans do so far , they save my life.
