The tease of feeling good!

It is so wonderful when I feel well, strong, clear, energetic, happy that when I am in the ecstasy of those phases, it is all too easy to also let my guard down and forget to be as careful as I need to be. And then I am inevitably reminded, rudely and painfully, that I am not well, and that my routines and trigger management are ALL IMPORTANT, ALL THE TIME! I then feel foolish and gullible. Oh well… I keep living with this, and learning.

It’s amazing to see that there are others out there that have that same feeling! Wow. Just wow. Three days in a row without a headache, clear head, bright eyed, the world is so great, the sky is clear… then for no reason at all… that little squiggly line in the side of your vision.. or that twinge in the back of your eye socket… is it? Maybe it was just a glare.. nope, here it comes… get that medication out now. Hurry up. Catch it in time.. or else.

It is great to have those feeling good times but the best I feel is for 1/2 to 1 hour before starting to slide down the rabbit hole. And I almost always for a few moments think wow, then it’s oh, that’s right the calm before the storm. Courage.

Oh, for the edit function. We need courage because that rabbit hole can get pretty weird, wild &/or scary.
