These are the following symptoms: Blurred Vision (Before the painful headache), Headache (severely severe), Numbness (Cross-sectional to my headache.), Nausea and Vomiting. after the attack, I become dizzy or like the feeling of hangover.

Can anyone tell me if these symptoms show that I am suffering from migraine. The headache attacks every three weeks or monthly.

The only person who can diagnose migraine is a doctor. Sounds like a good time to go see your doctor and have them check you out if the attacks are coming once a month. These are symptoms that can occur with migraine.
