I have migraine with the headache about twice a month, and one weird symptom nearly every day, which has been increasing over time and is driving me round the bend – my forehead feels as if it’s dunked in ice water. The skin temperature is normal, though.
I wear a hat that covers my forehead or this becomes unbearably painful. It used to only happen when I was extra stressed, but since about a week ago, it’s been going on nonstop. (there is no additional stress though)
Additionally, wrapping my head in warm stuff doesn’t help very much anymore. I can cover myself in so many clothes and blankets that I’m sweating – the forehead still hurts from the icy coldness sensation.
I’ve been wondering whether this could be related to the migraine, whether this might be part of an aura without the actual headache, or a silent migraine or maybe something entirely different…
Maybe one of you has heard of or experienced something similar?
Thank you for reading, I wish you all a good day!
