I am new to posting here, but have been reading a lot.
I recently moved- within the same city, but to a new location. There is a river fairly close by- about 300 yards from the back of our house.
Of course, moving is stressful for everyone, but with chronic migraines- it was a chore. I have not felt good since moving- then a caught a cold- which triggered sinus problems- which then triggered more migraines.
Anyway, I started to wonder if the increase in migraines since moving here could possibly be due to the proximity of the river. Weather is a huge trigger for me- especially changes in barometric pressure, but is it a stretch to think that a body of water close by can somehow effect my head? Am I being too paranoid?
My husband thinks it’s just the stress from moving, or the recent weather here- I’m in Florida and it’s been raining almost every day- so maybe it’s just that. This was an expensive move, and I hope it’s not the location, because I’d hate to think we have to move again.
