Diagnosis of Migraine & Headache Types

Cyclic Migraine Syndrome

Do you perhaps mean Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome? Since there is no actual IHS Diagnosis for cyclic Migraine, it makes me wonder about her doctor and her actual diagnosis. It’s very common for doctors who do not specialize in headache medicine to not stay up to date, or to be confused when diagnosing complicated patients. The problem with this, is that a good, accurate diagnosis is tantamount to getting appropriate treatment. Has her doctor given you any other clues about exactly what he/she might mean?? Is she seeing a headache specialist?

Perhaps someone is trying to diagnose a migraine with cluster cycle overlap scenario, informally known as “cluster-migraine”.
