Daith Piercing

Hi All, I just made an appointment to get my daith pierced next week. I'm ready to try it and know that it may or may not work. Does anyone have advise? Both sides? One side? (I would do both sides, but if it's not necessary I prefer not to as I sleep on my side). Did you have it done by someone knowledgeable with pressure point therapy? Any other tips is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
