Daith Piercing
Anyone tried daith piercing and has it helped?

I had one done a few years ago in my right ear, and unfortunately I experienced no benefit. I do have chronic and daily migraine thought, so unsure if severity effects usefulness. I still keep it in because at least it looks cool!
