Do NOT watch this video!

It's encouraging to me how modern culture--at least in the US--has adapted to disabilities, including migraines.

For example, when I was on a gluten-free diet for the second time, I was astonished to see that many restaurants now have a special menu for gluten (or other allergy) intolerance or mark their menus for such. That was certainly not the case a few years ago. Product labeling has also come a long way, with warnings about nuts, dairy, etc.

Here's an example for us migraineurs of the same type of thing. This TED video has the following warning in the description: "(Warning: This talk includes flashing images and lights. Those who are photosensitive or have seizures trigged by strobes are advised to avoid.) https://www.ted.com/talks/eric_dyer_the_forgotten_art_of_the_zoetrope
Yes, I know that there is still a lot of room for improvement, but when I saw this, I was inspired to share.

P.S. If you are not familiar with TED, please check their web site for some fascinating videos about "spreading ideas."
