Fainting, vertigo, right arm paralysis, vision loss

Hi,
I have been hospitalized with migraine a number of times. My brain MRI shows many lesions and I am only 56. I have migraines 20-25 days per month. I have vertigo, vision loss, temporary paralysis on one side, extreme weakness to the point of not being able to walk, slurring of words, inability to find correct words, nausea, vomiting, frozen bowels during migraine, body/joint pain and blackouts.

I've been to 2 headache clinics and 1 neurologist. No one has found any helpful medication and I've tried just about everything out there for prevention and to abort. I'm completely disabled and no doctor can help. I'm in the Denver area.

I'm desperate. Does anyone have similar symptoms or experience?

I've also been tested for Lyme disease and MS (can't rule out due to lesion location but not enough positives to diagnose either).
