Fitness Training and Fascial Stretch Therapy

Has anyone heard about fitness training and/or fascial stretch therapy and whether or not these would benefit a migraineur? I know my back and neck muscles are very tight, always have been and I'm sure that tightness could be a contributing factor in my migraines. I'm not able to find any research to support this therapy or fitness training as treatments for migraines.

  1. afinkel - I actually really enjoy helping people with information about fitness and Migraines. Right now I am myself undergoing aqua therapy every other day, and I've had several other types of PT as well.
