I wanted a better way to log my Migraines so I built this

I've been logging my migraines in Google Calendar for 5 years but wanted some sort of analysis on when attacks were happening; which days/times of year were most frequent, are they evenly spread out or all clustered together? etc.

So being a computer programmer I built a report to show this (you can see an example here http://migraine.report/example/report). I've since build a website around this to let other people upload (from Google Calendar or a spreadsheet) their own migraines and log new ones.

I would love to hear what you think about it and especially any ideas you may have about insightful ways to display your migraine data.

(Turns out Monday's are my worst days and I've never had a migraine in February!)

  1. Hutton,
This is so cool! I'm a numbers geek and this report gives amazing data conclusions. I know of an app that is being tested that would give similar info, but it's not on the market yet. I'll be sure to let you know.
    Thanks for sharing!

    1. This is great. Thank you for sharing. I have several apps on my phone that I have never used. I am terrible at logging and this might just help!

      1. Thanks for the feedback!

I've also tried several apps but never kept up using them, they always had loads of things to fill out every time I had a migraine. I just wanted to log the time it happened and write a few notes, that's it.

Anyway I hope my website is of some use and if you do move on to use something else then it's just one click to export everything you've logged with Migraine.Report.

        1. I just signed up. Need to start tracking because frequency of migraines is amping up due to triggers that are hard to control. It seems easy so hopefully I will track faithfully because I am not very good about keeping track of migraines (although I know I should). Again, thanks.
