It seems that a big trigger for me is being inverted (upside down). So any time I lean over desk, or try to do yoga, a migraine seems to be triggered.
1) I haven’t heard of anyone else experiencing this. So could I be wrong in linking the two?
2) Does anyone know much about orthostatic regulation, and how that could be involved in migraine? I’d like to know more…
3) Are there any good solutions? My daily life actually involves a fair amount of inverting (I could explain, but trust me) – and I’d really like some better ideas for how to handle this.
I currently use triptans preventatively when I know I’ll be using some inverted postures, but this obviously has overuse potential. So any ideas would be helpful.
