Japanese prevention exercices: Katsugen

When I was 17 to 21 I had very often a strong pain on my brow, I am not sure if it was migrania but I can say that I experienced fear when I noticed the first "signals" because that mean 3 or 4 hours of constant pain.
Very near my home in Barcelona, Spain, a Japanese man created a fundation called Seitai with the objective to teach the practice of Katsugen undo (http://www.seitai-cvp.com/katsugen-undo-2/) Since 1997 I started progressively practicing it, first "erased" my headaches, and then my muscle "blockings" and now I practice it every day just because it helps me to feel better. It is an important part of my life. I cannot imagine my life whitout making use of it.
This are very simple exercices which you can practice at home withou any cost.
Katsugen is not therapy, is prevention.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for sharing that with us. I'm happy to hear you've found something to help reduce your migraine attack frequency.
