Looking for a Good Pillow

As many of us know, migraines and neck pain go hand and hand. I have been on the everlasting search for a good pillow and have spent a good fortune (sorry kids no college for you...mommy needs a pillow) trying to find one. Does anyone have one they swear by? "My Pillow" users need not reply 😤. Thanks in advance 🙏.

  1. Hi Dana,

The search is always on for a great pillow. I'm currently using a tempurpedic pillow. It took a few nights to get used to, but I'm very happy with it. It's not the one with the neck thing - I don't know what
    it's called!!

I'm sure others will be along shortly to share their pillow journey with you.

    1. Thanks Nancy,
It's like the never ending search for the perfect pair of jeans! I don't know about you, but I haven't found those either 🤣🤣

    2. Hi Dana,

      I couldn't agree more!!

  2. The only pillows that work for me are small pillows designed for travel or decoration. All standard bed sized pillows cause me neck pain. I have three on my bed one 14inx6in and down filled for when I am on my back. Another the same size and cotton filled for side sleeping and an even smaller one (cotton filled) that I do travel with or end up grabbing during the night that works for any sleeping position.

Once I figured out that tiny pillows work for me I question why are pillows so big? I just need to cushion my head. Which it not 2ftx1ft in size. Lol

    1. , Did using the couch pillow work?

    2. Nope 😤

  3. Dana,

    Hope the couch pillows work!

  4. Dana,

Thanks. It's nice when I can think. Lol. I always know a migraine is bearing down when cognition and speech flee.

Let us know if the couch pillows work for you.
