Need advice

How can I effectively prevent migraines? Is physical therapy helpful in treating migraine pain? Please share.

  1. Migraine headaches can be a severe, disabling condition. The patients who suffer headaches with musculoskeletal problems involving neck and/jaw are often likely to be beneficial. By adequately treating the problem in the neck or jaw, one trigger for the individual's migraine problem can be eliminated or greatly reduced. I recently read in a blog( http://www.dynamicphysiotherapy.ca/blog/migraines/how-can-we-effectively-prevent-migraines/ ) which discussed a few ways to effectively prevent migraines instead of learning to suffer through the pain.
