Not sure what this is please help

I am a 17 year old male. I have had visual snow, after images, and pretty much every other symptom there is to go along with it for about the past 3+ years. I’ve also had about 5-6 migraine auras my last one being about 2 months ago but 4 days ago I woke up thinking I saw something in the corner of my vision and it kind of takes up the bottom left part of my vision but I can’t see it I just notice that it’s there. Kind of feels like at the end of a migraine aura when it’s almost out of your vision but it’s not.. and I’ve seen a few flashes there over the past couple days but I can’t really tell it just feels like a small part of my vision is gone in the bottom left.. from looking it up I think it might be persistent migraine aura. I’m very scared if anyone knows anything more about what this could be or knows about persistent migraine auras, please help!

Only thing I could find that kind of explains what I’m experiencing:

  1. Hi Devon76,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would encourage you to speak with your parents and doctor and explain what you are experiencing. The doctor can give you an exam to make sure everything is OK. Self diagnosing ourselves online is tempting but dangerous.

Please let us know how you make out.

    1. Hi Devon76,

I get significant auras and hallucinations, and often put visual issues down to that, but please don't assume that all vision issues are migraine related. It turns out that I also have retina problems, and that also sounds like the warning signs my retinlogist told me to look out for with a detached retina. It might be worth going to see an eye doctor as soon as possible if those symptoms continue.
