Pregnant and migraine

Just found out that I am pregnant with our first child, yay and fingers crossed...
I have been having a migraine every single day for the last ten days.
How can I treat it during pregnancy? I am high risk pregnant so cant get a massage, and staying away from paracetamol as much as I can.

  1. Hi Malin,

It's a good idea that you work closely with your OB/GYN and migraine doctor to come up with the best plan for migraine management during pregnancy.

Dr. Hutchinson has written an article on this topic with lots of helpful information. Let me share that link with you; https://migraine.com/blog/how-can-i-manage-my-migraines-during-pregnancy/.

I hope you find it helpful.
