I was wondering if anyone had any specific tips for going cold turkey from triptans and other painkillers? I have continued taking my Topamax, but I haven’t taken any painkillers for 16 days now and i am starting to see improvements. On top of that i have begun taking magnesium supplements and spirulina. All these have been good, but i actually can’t find a single article on what to do if you are dealing with rebound headaches! Any advice?
Also, is it true that rebound headaches can block preventative treatment from working?
