    Hi ahmed,

    Thank you for sharing your story with us. I am sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time. Being in constant pain is frustrating, and debilitating.

    Migraine attack triggers can include but are not limited to certain foods, changes in the barometric pressure, irregular sleeping patterns, dehydration, skipping meals, smoking, alcohol and many other things. If we are able to identify our triggers and avoid the ones we can, we may be able to reduce our migraine attack frequency and severity. Keeping a detailed migraine diary is a great way to identify our triggers. Here is information on how to do this;

    I really wish I could tell you what is going on, but only a qualified doctor can do that after he’s given you a complete exam, discusses your symptoms and medical history. If you haven’t seen a doctor about this, I would encourage you to do so.

    Please keep us posted on how you are doing,
    Nancy
