Sick of my symptoms (please help)

Hi this is ahmed,

Im 29 years old facing below symptoms from year 2016

I used to have nausea, dizziness, cold hands , blurry vision , confused mind , light sensitivity (specialy in malls and stores ) , neck pain , also when i awake in morning i have pain near my eyes and forehead.

I visited many doctors (ENT specialist, opthalmalogist (eye specialist) , also had Brain MRI and reports are clear.

Im sick of not getting any cure of these symptoms..

One of doctor said i have basilor migraine and gave me beta blockers but i don't have any cure..

Im also exposed to sinus.

Also few months before i went to another city and these symptoms were almost gone.

I don't have pain in my head all the time but these symptoms remains almost every day.

Can anyone help me how can i my life back 🙁

    Thank you for sharing your story with us. I am sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time. Being in constant pain is frustrating, and debilitating.

    Migraine attack triggers can include but are not limited to certain foods, changes in the barometric pressure, irregular sleeping patterns, dehydration, skipping meals, smoking, alcohol and many other things. If we are able to identify our triggers and avoid the ones we can, we may be able to reduce our migraine attack frequency and severity. Keeping a detailed migraine diary is a great way to identify our triggers. Here is information on how to do this;

    I really wish I could tell you what is going on, but only a qualified doctor can do that after he's given you a complete exam, discusses your symptoms and medical history. If you haven't seen a doctor about this, I would encourage you to do so.
