Sleep Disorders and Migraines

Hi all,
So my husband is officially ready to move out of our bedroom because I talk in my sleep incessantly. I looked up causes of sleep talking and saw sleep apnea as a cause, and I know sleep apnea can cause migraines. I plan to bring it up with my doctor at my next appointment, but was curious if anyone had gone through anything similar?
Thanks!!

  1. Hi Dana,

Good idea about bringing this up with the doctor at your next appointment. If he doesn't suggest a sleep study, I would encourage you to request one.

Hopefully others will be along to share their sleep hygiene with you.

Let me know how you make out,
    Nancy
